For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Baar for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Baar Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Baar sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

Wuff!

Hello, I’m Viktoria! Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up surrounded by them, and caring for animals has always been something that makes me genuinely happy. I’m here because I truly love spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved.I have a lifetime of experience caring for my own pets — dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and fish. My first best friend was a German Shepherd I got when I was only four years old. He was by my side for 13 years and taught me from a very young age how special the bond between humans and animals can be.I also have experience helping stray dogs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including taking care of them, gaining their trust and helping find suitable homes for many of them. This taught me a lot about approaching animals with patience, understanding their behaviour and respecting their individual needs.Today, I have my own dog, Mishka, a Pekingese mix. I found her on the streets in Bosnia and Herzegovina 11 years ago, and she has been my little companion ever since. She truly means the world to me. ️Before moving to Switzerland, I worked as a social pedagogue for five years. Since moving here, I have also gained a lot of experience as a pet sitter. I currently have a flexible schedule since I don't have a permanent job, which means I can dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pets.I’m happy to help with dog walking, pet sitting, feeding and checking on cats, caring for small animals, or anything else your pet may need.I also have only positive reviews from previous clients on Petsitting24, which I’m very grateful for and which reflects how seriously I take caring for other people's pets.I live in Muri AG and am happy to travel when needed.I don’t speak German yet, but I’m actively learning and can already understand quite a lot. I speak English and Balkan languages. For me, pet sitting is not simply a job. I want every animal in my care to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for as if they were my own. ️

Hi, I'm Rea – your future dog's new best friend!I'm a 27-year-old architect living in Zurich, originally from beautiful Croatia. While I design buildings by day, my heart truly belongs to dogs (and okay, maybe a little bit to coffee and cheese too️). I grew up with my Maltese, Mini, who was by my side for an incredible 18.5 years, and now my family in Croatia has a sweet little Havanese Lotta who just turned one. I miss her terribly, which is why I've decided to become a dog walker: to share all this love and belly-rubbing energy with your furry friend!I speak English, Croatian, Italian, and I'm currently wrestling with German (so your dog might hear a mix of all four languages – great for raising a multilingual pup!). I'm reliable, energetic, and patient, whether your dog is a speedy squirrel-chaser or a slow stroller with a love for sniffing every blade of grass.I'll treat your dog like my own, with all the care, cuddles, and silly voices they deserve.Whether it's a quick walk, a play session, or some company while you're away, I'm here to make tails wag and noses boop.Looking forward to meeting your four-legged family member!

My name is Céline and I live in Baar. I work in IT and also do dog sitting on the side. As a puppy trainer for a guide dog school, I was able to take in and socialize a guide dog in training, so I have experience with puppies as well. Now that the dog I was training has moved out, I would be delighted to look after your dogs.I'd be happy to look after your dog while you're away. He'll live with my partner and me; we don't have any other animals or children. Dogs are also allowed on the bed and sofa (of course, only if this is okay with you).I look forward to hearing from you.

I am an enthusiastic and responsible pet lover with a lifelong connection to animals. Growing up surrounded by cats and occasionally hosting dogs in my home, I've developed a deep understanding of their needs and behaviors. As a dedicated member of my university's Animal Friends student club, I actively participated in caring for campus cats and dogs, ensuring their well-being through feeding and health checks. Though currently residing in Zürich without the company of pets, my passion for animals remains unwavering. I've engaged in dog-walking, spending quality time with my neighbor's dog during my college years. I cherish the joy and companionship that come from interacting with animals. Trust me to extend this love and care to your furry friends - I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment, whether it's a casual walk or a play session. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to form a special bond with your pets, filling the void of not having them in my daily life.

I can walk and play with your animal friends.

Hi everyone!!! I'm Antonella, 33 years old. Animals lover.
I've been living in Horgen for two years and I'm looking for 4-legged friends to keep each other company. I have a dog too. But he lives with my parents, in Italy. His name is Mario. It's a funny name for a dog, I know that, but from the first moment I saw him I couldn't have chosen a better one I adopted him in 2017 and from then my days took on a different color. I love him, I could spend hours watching his reactions to the sound of my words. To look into his eyes and understand his needs. Oooh how I miss him!
They say, scratch a dog on the belly and you'll find steady work. How true this sentence is!! Well, I also have other aspirations, but the idea of being surrounded by furry animals already makes me happy.
Your pets will find Love, cuddles, much energy and a best friend they can count on!
Choose me! Choose me! Choose me!

Hi,
l am a dog-owner myself and experienced pet sitter and I would be happy to welcome your furry friend into our home In Kreis 7 (8032 ZH) With my husband we both work from home and safety as well as trust are our top priorities when caring for pets in our home. The dogs are never alone, always sombody present at home.
We provide a secure, welcoming environment with a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor play, and always supervise interactions between dogs to ensure everyone is comfortable and happy. Inside, pets have access to clean, cozy spaces to relax, and each dog's routine will be followed closely-whether it's feeding times or walks. Our own friendly corgi helps to create a social and positive atmosphere, and the time is taken to get to know each dog's personality and needs.
During the day we go outside for a walk four time a day either to the dog park nearby or to the Dolder woods which are only a 15min walk away from us.
Pet parents will be kept updated with messages and photos, so you can feel confident your dog is in caring, capable hands. Whether it's daycare or an overnight stay, each dog will be treated like family. We never have more dogs at the same time without informing you first.
I speak English, German, French, Spanish and Russian. Don't hesitate to reach out to me for any questions!
