Lors de mon absence, il était en convalescence suite à un accident et de par son expérience, Andrea a sû lui apporter les soins et l attention dont il avait besoin. "[L'anglais d'abord; Français ci-dessous.] Alessandra and her partner Osvaldo provided the most wonderful care for our senior cat, I could write a book to express my appreciation! They are extremely kind, gentle, professional, and thoughtful -- and they treated our kitty like their own. Before this long trip, I was anxious about how our cat would cope with our absence -- especially given the heat. The moment I met Alessandra & Osvaldo, all my worries disappeared. They are angels, and I will be forever grateful for their care of our furry family member. Last but not least, their messages, photos and videos of made our whole family smile -- a sweet way to stay connected. Alessandra & Osvaldo are a pet parents' dream!
Alessandra et son partenaire Osvaldo ont prodigué les plus merveilleux soins à notre chat senior, je pourrais écrire un livre pour exprimer mon appréciation ! Ils sont extrêmement gentils, doux, professionnels et attentionnés – et ils ont traité notre chat comme le leur. Avant ce long voyage, j'étais inquiet de la façon dont notre chat allait gérer notre absence, surtout compte tenu de la chaleur. Au moment où j'ai rencontré Alessandra et Osvaldo, tous mes soucis ont disparu.
